Service Description
Book a very brief 15 minute chat with Vicki. There is no charge for this call and it can be used to enquire for friends and family. However it is a short call as Vicki fits in calls in between her appointments therefore she cannot go over 15 minutes. If you feel you need more time to ask questions and discuss your concerns please book an introductory session with Vicki. There is no obligation or commitment to book a Soul Therapy session following your Introductory session. This call can only be booked once.
Cancellation Policy
An introductory session can only be booked once. Multiple bookings will be cancelled*. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. There are no refunds if less than 48hrs notice is given to cancel or rearrange an appointment (even if the above applies*) For those who 'BOOK VIA EMAIL': payment is required to ensure your chosen appointment is booked. Until payment is received your chosen appointment is pending which means that it is still available for others to book. Please ensure payment is made upon receipt of invoice to ensure the booking is confirmed. Should you need to cancel or rearrange a session please ensure you provide 48 hours notice. For sessions rearranged or cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a credit will be used for your rearranged session or a refund will be provided for cancelled sessions. Vicki will give as much notice as possible if she needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment but she may need to do so with less than 24hrs notice, if so, you will receive a refund or a credit to your account. Please be aware Vicki will not be able to work with you if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your sessions, or if you become in any way violent of abusive, your session will be terminated on the spot if she suspects or feels that is the case and you will be charged in full for your appointment.
