Cancellation Policy

An introductory session can only be booked once. Multiple bookings will be cancelled. *Please do not book the 'Authentically You' package or 'Booster' Package unless you have completed the Soul Therapy - Six Month Journey, your appointments will not go ahead if you have not and you will still be charged if you do not cancel your package with more than 48 hours notice. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. There are no refunds if less than 48hrs notice is given to cancel or rearrange an appointment (even if the above applies*) Vicki will give as much notice as possible if she needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment but she may need to do so with less than 24hrs notice, if so, you will receive a refund or a credit to your membership account. Please be aware Vicki will not be able to work with you if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your sessions, or if you become in any way violent of abusive, your session will be terminated on the spot if she suspects or feels that is the case and you will be charged in full for your appointment.
