Service Description
This manual booking option strips back all the online payment convenience (which comes at a cost), so Vicki is able to offer a slightly reduced rate of £210. It can take a few days to book an appointment as the process is all done manually. Vicki's appointments can go very quickly so this may mean some inconvenience if the appointment you would like has gone by then. However you will be offered an alternative or a refund should that be the case. 1. Simply choose the appointment you would like to book and complete the booking form (you will be asked for your card details but the fee will be £0, no money will be taken from your card). Then click on 'Request Booking'. You will get an email confirming 'your booking request has been received'. 2. Vicki will then email you an invoice with details of how to pay. 3. Once payment has been received you will receive email confirmation of your booked appointment and address details. This manual option means you cannot cancel or rearrange your appointments online. You will need to contact Vicki to cancel or rearrange a session and you must provide 48 hours notice or your will still be charged the full fee. NOTE: Please do not book these sessions until you have had an introductory chat with Vicki first.
Cancellation Policy
An introductory session can only be booked once. Multiple bookings will be cancelled*. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. There are no refunds if less than 48hrs notice is given to cancel or rearrange an appointment (even if the above applies*) For those who 'BOOK VIA EMAIL': payment is required to ensure your chosen appointment is booked. Until payment is received your chosen appointment is pending which means that it is still available for others to book. Please ensure payment is made upon receipt of invoice to ensure the booking is confirmed. Should you need to cancel or rearrange a session please ensure you provide 48 hours notice. For sessions rearranged or cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a credit will be used for your rearranged session or a refund will be provided for cancelled sessions. Vicki will give as much notice as possible if she needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment but she may need to do so with less than 24hrs notice, if so, you will receive a refund or a credit to your account. Please be aware Vicki will not be able to work with you if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your sessions, or if you become in any way violent of abusive, your session will be terminated on the spot if she suspects or feels that is the case and you will be charged in full for your appointment.
