'It's never about what you think

it's always about how you Feel

About Vicki

A different way of understanding people

I have always experienced people differently.

From a young age, I was aware of what sat beneath the surface — the unspoken emotions, the underlying patterns, and the deeper truth of what someone was feeling, even when they could not express it themselves.

At the time, I didn’t have the language for it. I simply knew I could sense and understand things in a way that felt natural to me, but difficult to explain.

Over time, that awareness became the foundation of my work. Today, my focus is on teaching emotional truth and transformation — helping people understand what they feel and why, so they can break patterns and step into personal power.

Professional training and experience

Alongside this intuitive understanding, I chose to train and work within the mental health field, building over two decades of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, beginning my career in 1999.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and have also trained in a wide range of humanistic and therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focused, Existential, CBT, EFT, NLP, coaching, mindfulness and I am trauma informed.

I have worked with a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, identity, self worth and feeling stuck or without direction.

I have also spent over fifteen years working with children and families, gaining a postgraduate MA in Childhood Studies and working both on the frontline and at a management level. This gave me a deep understanding of how emotional patterns develop through early environments and those who raised us, how we carry that into adult life and how these patterns are unconsciously repeated across generations.

This experience provides a strong psychological framework, ethical grounding and the ability to support people safely and effectively through complex emotional experiences.

Over the past 20+ years, my work has evolved beyond traditional counselling. I began to recognise patterns and dynamics that weren’t always immediately visible — and developed a way of working that brings them into clear focus.

My spiritual, holistic and intuitive work

Alongside my professional path, I have always been very curious, deeply aware and highly intuitive and have memories of  reflecting on my fathers behaviour as young as 2 years old. Adults often told me growing up I was 'wiser then my years'. I became committed to my spiritual development and understanding of the human experience from a young age. My grandmother (now 103!) taught me healing and channeling, at 14 I was giving oracle and tarot readings and by 23, I had already trained and been initiated as a Reiki and Karuna Master healer and was running my own healing practice — reflecting an early and focused dedication to energy work and healing.

Since then, I have continued to deepen this work through over three decades of study, research, retreats, personal development, healing practice and dedicated lived experience.

This ongoing commitment has significantly expanded and refined my intuitive awareness, including clairsentient, empathic and intuitive perception, and an ability to read and work with emotional and energetic patterns and truth frequency at a profound level, often picking up on underlying dynamics that are not immediately visible or consciously recognised.

This is not separate from my work — it is an integral part of how I understand people.

The way I work now

My work today brings these two worlds together.

It is grounded in psychological understanding, while also drawing on intuitive perception and energetic awareness. This allows me to work with patterns at a depth that often goes beyond what can be accessed or expressed through words alone.

I specialise in working with sensitive over-thinkers — people who feel deeply, process everything and are highly aware of others, yet often feel overwhelmed, stuck or unable to make sense of their own experience.

Many clients say they feel deeply seen and understood, often for the first time, because what they are experiencing is recognised clearly — even when they have struggled to articulate it themselves for years.

The person behind the work

Alongside my professional and spiritual work, I am married to my soulmate and best friend for over twenty years. I am also a mother of four and a grandmother — roles that have been the most important and grounding aspects of my life.

This experience has given me a deep, lived understanding of relationships, emotional development and the realities of life across different stages. This perspective naturally informs my work, bringing depth, compassion, authenticity and realism to the people I support.

Transformation

This depth of understanding creates the conditions for real and lasting change.

Clients often describe profound shifts in how they experience themselves and their lives. While it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly when the change happens, they begin to feel lighter, clearer and more confident.

They trust themselves more, make different decisions and live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

Over time, they move out of confusion, self-doubt and emotional overwhelm into a place of personal power, freedom and authenticity. Some go on to become therapists, coaches or practitioners themselves, as they step more fully into their own path.

Why I do this work

I believe that when people are able to see the truth of what they are experiencing, everything begins to change.

My role is to help you understand yourself at that deeper level, so you can let go of what no longer serves you and move forward with clarity, confidence and a stronger connection to who you truly are.

My intention

My intention is to support people in living more truthfully and authentically, with a stronger sense of personal sovereignty and self-trust.

Alongside my one-to-one work, I am committed to reaching a wider audience through teaching, writing and sharing insight, so more people can understand themselves, work with their emotional patterns and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

This includes the development of my signature programme, as well as opportunities to work with me both online and in person.

While I value the accessibility of online work, I also believe there is something deeply important about real, in-person connection. I am committed to creating spaces where people can come together, feel supported and experience this work more directly.

Looking ahead, I intend to share these teachings more widely and contributing, in a grounded and meaningful way, to a more conscious, connected and authentic world focussed on unity and love rather than survival and fear.

Real change begins when you know and live your truth.
