Service Description
4 session credits at a discounted rate, allowing you the flexibility to book each session when it suits you. Booking a series of sessions in advance allows you to secure regular appointments, work around your schedule and maintain continuity without needing to rebook each time. Please note: Session packages are available once you have had an introductory session. 👉 Once purchased, your session credits will be added to your account. ❗️ Log in with the same email address you purchased your sessions credits with (For Apple pay customers ensure your email address matches the one you are logging in with) 📆 Select and book up to 4 PAY AS YOU GO 🛜 Online OR📍In Person sessions 🟣 At checkout your credits can be used to pay for your sessions You can rearrange your appointments any time up to 24 hours before your session start time. This package cannot be used for 90 minute sessions. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to save your credit/debit card details so that you can use your credits to purchase sessions. If you forget to save your card details after purchasing your package/programme, the first time you go to book in your sessions, you will need to enter your card details again, it won't take any money it will just show your remaining credits and allow you the option to check out using your credits instead.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand a credit or debit card on file is mandatory to book any sessions and to enable you to use credits at checkout. Introductory Session A 50-minute introductory session is available for new enquiries. Only one introductory session is permitted per client. Any additional bookings of this type will be cancelled and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged. This policy applies to all sessions, including introductory, Pay as you go, regular weekly sessions and session packages. Appointments booked on the same day are non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged. Session Packages 4 session packages are available once you have completed an introductory session and returned your e-forms. If a package is purchased or sessions are booked before this process is completed, appointments may be cancelled. All session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this time. Regular Weekly Sessions: If you are going away, please give as much notice as possible. Your regular appointment can be held for you during a planned holiday, and any prepaid sessions will continue when you return. If you are planning an extended break, please discuss this with me in advance. I cannot guarantee that a regular appointment can be held indefinitely during a longer period of absence. You will be invoiced every 4 weeks to keep the reserved appointment time. Payment is due the week of your next 4 session cycle. Ending your regular appointment: If you no longer wish to continue with your regular weekly appointment, let me know before payment for your next block of four sessions is due. If payment for the next block is not received by the due date, your regular appointment may be released and made available to 👉👤 Become a site member to cancel and rearrange appointments
