Service Description
Four session credits at a discounted rate, allowing you the flexibility to book each session when it suits you. Book as many 4 session packages as you wish. Booking a series of sessions in advance allows you to secure regular appointments, work around your schedule and maintain continuity without needing to rebook each time. Please note: Session packages are available once you have had an introductory chat and completed your e-forms. 👉 📅 Once purchased, your session credits will be added to your account, go to book you Pay as you go Online or In Person sessions and at checkout your credits will be used to pay for your sessions. ❗️Make sure you log in with the same email you purchased your sessions credits with (If paying with Apple pay make sure your email address matches the one you are logging in with). You can rearrange your appointments any time up to 24 hours before your session start time. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to save your credit/debit card details so that you can use your credits to purchase sessions. If you forget to save your card details after purchasing your package/programme, the first time you go to book in your sessions, you will need to enter your card details again, it won't take any money it will just show your remaining credits and allow you the option to check out using your credits instead.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand a credit or debit card on file is mandatory to book any sessions and to enable you to use credits at checkout. Introductory Sessions & Initial Contact A 50-minute introductory session is available for new enquiries. Only one introductory session is permitted per client. Any additional bookings of this type will be cancelled and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged. This policy applies to all sessions, including introductory sessions, single bookings and session packages. Appointments booked on the same day are non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged. Session Packages 4 session packages are available once you have completed an introductory session and returned your e-forms. If a package is purchased or sessions are booked before this process is completed, appointments may be cancelled. All session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this time. 👉👤 Become a site member to cancel and rearrange appointments
