Service Description
Book an in-person session with Vicki at her private practice near Woking, Surrey. Full address details will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed. Please note: Sessions can be booked once you have had an introductory chat and completed your e-forms.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand a credit or debit card on file is mandatory to book any sessions and to enable you to use credits at checkout. Introductory Sessions & Initial Contact A 50-minute introductory session is available for new enquiries. Only one introductory session is permitted per client. Any additional bookings of this type will be cancelled and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged. This policy applies to all sessions, including introductory sessions, single bookings and session packages. Appointments booked on the same day are non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged. Session Packages 4 session packages are available once you have completed an introductory session and returned your e-forms. If a package is purchased or sessions are booked before this process is completed, appointments may be cancelled.
