Service Description
Book an in-person session with Vicki at her private practice near Woking, Surrey. Full address details will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed. A longer session for those who would benefit from more time to explore what they are experiencing in greater depth. This can be particularly helpful if you feel you need more space to process, are working through something more complex, or would like the time to go further within a single session. Some people choose this option when returning after a break or when they feel they need a little more space. NOTE: Please do not book this session until you have had an introductory chat with Vicki first and completed and submitted your e-forms.
Cancellation Policy
Introductory Sessions & Initial Contact A 15-minute call or 50-minute introductory session is available for new enquiries. Only one introductory booking is permitted per client. Introductory sessions are 50 minutes in length. Once you have had your initial call or session with Vicki, further introductory bookings are not available. Any additional bookings of this type will be cancelled and are non-refundable. If you wish to continue with sessions following your introductory appointment, you will be asked to complete an online e-form. This will be discussed with you during your initial session. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged. This policy applies to all sessions, including introductory sessions, single bookings and session packages. Appointments booked on the same day are non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged. There is no charge for a 15-minute call. Session Packages/Programme Session packages and programmes are available once you have completed an introductory session and returned your e-forms. If a package/programme is purchased or sessions are booked before this process is completed, appointments may be cancelled.
