Service Description
Reserve the same appointment day and time each week for greater consistency and continuity in your counselling journey. Your chosen time will be held for you on an ongoing basis, so there’s no need to remember to book each session individually or miss out if you forget. You will be invoiced £380 every 4 weeks to keep the reserved appointment time. I currently have available the following regular appointments: Mondays at 12:30pm or 1:30pm Tuesdays at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm and 2pm Wednesdays at 2pm, (5:30pm every 2 weeks) Thursdays at 12:30pm (4:15pm & 5:30pm every 2 weeks) To book: 1. Choose your preferred available regular appointment time from the options above, find the next available session and click to 'Request to Book'. 2. Complete the booking form and make a note in messages of any weeks you can't do. 3. You will be asked to add your payment details but the fee will be £0, no money will be taken from your card - you will be emailed an invoice with a pay link once the appointments are confirmed. 4. Click on 'Request to Book'. You will get an email confirming 'your booking request has been received'. Following your booking request, I will email you to confirm your regular appointment has been reserved and provide an invoice with a paylink. Once payment has been received you will receive an email confirming your regular appointment times.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand a credit or debit card on file is mandatory to book any sessions and to enable you to use credits at checkout. Introductory Sessions & Initial Contact A 50-minute introductory session is available for new enquiries. Only one introductory session is permitted per client. Any additional bookings of this type will be cancelled and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged. This policy applies to all sessions, including introductory sessions, single bookings and session packages. Appointments booked on the same day are non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged. Session Packages 4 session packages are available once you have completed an introductory session and returned your e-forms. If a package is purchased or sessions are booked before this process is completed, appointments may be cancelled. All session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this time. 👉👤 Become a site member to cancel and rearrange appointments
